As a former Special Forces Operator (Green Beret) in the U.S. Army, Jerry developed and honed exceptional leadership skills, strategic acumen, and a commitment to excellence. Transitioning to the business world, as an Operating Partner for a lower-middle market private equity firm, he was part of the leadership teams that successfully scaled and exited multiple companies, driving growth and innovation in each venture.
