- Preparation: It is your responsibility to remove valuable or fragile items from work areas. Valor is not responsible for damage to items not removed.
Liability
- Insurance: Valor is fully insured and carries liability and worker’s compensation insurance.
- Damage: We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions that may affect the project’s outcome.
- Limitations: Our liability is limited to the total value of the contract.
